Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic growth plans. The Associate will also collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to meet revenue goals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly tracking and reporting progress on key business metrics is also expected in this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and build strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and opportunity assessment
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, PPC, and AI-powered marketing tools
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in the B2B sector or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
