Job Title: Business Development Associate – Professional Audio (B2B & Distribution)
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with strong experience in B2B sales and distribution channel management within the professional audio industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience covering the entire Maharashtra market and a proven track record of building and managing dealer networks.
This role focuses on expanding distribution, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth for amplifiers, speakers, and audio solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer & Channel Development
- Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Maharashtra
- Expand the network of audio retailers, system integrators, and rental companies across the state
- Leverage existing relationships within Maharashtra to accelerate market penetration
- Build long-term partnerships and ensure consistent business growth through distribution channels
2. B2B Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive bulk sales of professional audio products including amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and related equipment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Maharashtra
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and commercial terms with dealers and institutional buyers
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on regional expansion and channel growth
3. Product Expertise & Training
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of pro audio systems and configurations
- Train dealers and partners on product features, applications, and installation basics
- Provide solution-based selling for events, venues, studios, and large-scale installations
4. Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with high-value clients such as event companies, rental firms, studios, and institutions across Maharashtra
- Ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
- Handle escalations, after-sales coordination, and service-related concerns
5. Demand Planning & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory planning, and dispatch
- Monitor stock movement across dealer networks and ensure timely replenishment
6. Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Track industry trends in professional audio and sound solutions within Maharashtra
- Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and dealer activities
- Identify new business opportunities, cities, and untapped markets across the state
Preferred Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in Professional Audio / Amplifiers / Speakers / AV equipment
- Proven experience in B2B sales and distribution channel management
- Strong dealer and distributor network across Maharashtra (must have covered the entire state)
Good technical understanding of audio systems and setups
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Working Details

- Experience: 3–4 Years (Minimum)
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: Sunday
- Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
