Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for diagnostic products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify potential regions and customer needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Green Grapes Diagnostics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to streamline sales operations.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Job Specification:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Life sciences or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business development. • Strong knowledge of export processes, international trade laws, and compliance regulations. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS office. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
