🚀 We're Hiring: Business Development Counselor (BDC) | Work From Home

📍 Location: Work From Home (WFH)
🌎 Process: US/Canada Shift + Australian Shift
💰 CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA Fixed (Based on Interview Performance) + Uncapped Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel parents and adult learners after demo classes
✅ Handle end-to-end sales and enrollments
✅ Work on provided leads and generate new opportunities through cold calling (200+ outbound calls/day via dialer)
✅ Conduct video counseling sessions
✅ Achieve weekly revenue targets and earn attractive incentives
Shift Details:
🕘 Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
✔ Comfortable working in US shifts
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Personal laptop is mandatory
