Tailored for young professionals and students, our platform enables users to browse available rooms, match with flatmates based on lifestyle and preferences, and directly contact listers. By combining convenience with personalization, FlatX aims to revolutionize shared living for the next generation of urban renters.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, conduct market research, and build strong relationships with potential partners and clients. You will create and deliver impactful presentations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets, and support the company’s growth strategies through effective communication and outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation and Presentations skills to effectively communicate ideas and proposals
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting targets and driving results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
