About the Company and Role:Finoroca is a Brazilian Quartzite stone company dedicated to redefining the standards of service and luxury in the natural stone industry. Since inception, we have been a trusted partner for architects, designers and furniture manufacturers, offering exceptional stone solutions that transform spaces into timeless masterpieces.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to support the Founder with business development and assist in the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, capable of handling multiple responsibilities that range from marketing to administration and should be fluent in English. The candidate shall get a complete ring-side view to the functioning of the business, which shall help the candidate develop multi-role expertise.
This is a dynamic role suited for someone who takes initiative and is eager to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The candidate shall have the opportunity to grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
● Partner Relationships
○ Source and liaise with potential strategic partners (plan for meetings and follow-ups) with a view to establish business relationship
○ Assist in maintaining long-standing relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators
● Digital & Marketing Support
○ Assist in managing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
○ Help create simple marketing content and coordinate with designers as and when needed
○ Stay updated with latest digital tools and platforms that would be beneficial to the business
● Administrative Support
○ Manage daily calendar, meeting schedules, and appointments for follow-ups
○ Coordinate deliveries and logistics for ongoing projects
○ Maintain accurate records of daily operating expenses and assist with basic accounting
● Operations Support
○ Oversee ground-level operational needs
○ Manage the distribution, tracking, and organization of physical samples
Requirements:● Background in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to multi-task and handle day-to-day coordination independently
● Familiarity with or willingness to learn basic social media marketing
● Comfortable with field coordination and operational logistics
