About the Role:
EventMadeEasy is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Associate (Field Sales) to expand our customer base and build strong client relationships. If you enjoy meeting people, exploring new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned area.
Generate leads through field visits and networking.
Present and promote EventMadeEasy's services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Requirements:
Graduate (Preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in meeting clients and handling field sales.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
Prior experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
