About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven, communication-focused, and ambitious Business Development Associate for our Delhi operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Brand Solutions, and Advertising Sales while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
The selected candidate will get practical exposure to the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying potential clients and initiating conversations to pitching advertising campaigns, building relationships, and eventually handling deal closures based on performance.
The role involves interacting with brands, agencies, corporate clients, and decision-makers looking to increase their market visibility through DOOH advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with potential clients and brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach
- Generate and qualify leads for advertising and branding campaigns
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable DOOH advertising solutions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign planning and execution
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
- Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and sales records effectively
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and client interactions
- Learn and contribute towards the end-to-end B2B sales process

- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Confidence in client interaction, pitching, and relationship building
- Strong networking and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, advertising, or business development is preferred
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn outreach, and presentation tools will be an added advantage
