Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover trends and opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. You will also prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and target markets.
- Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in creating and delivering impactful business presentations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
