With CBAM now in its transitional phase and BRSR reporting mandatory for listed Indian companies, the demand for these services is regulatory-driven and rapidly growing. We need people who can put us in front of the right companies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify companies needing sustainability compliance (CBAM-affected exporters, listed firms, manufacturers, real estate developers)
- Execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, referrals, partnerships)
- Book and attend discovery calls (founder joins for closing support)
- Develop proposals and pitch decks in coordination with our technical team
- Build and manage a consistent deal pipeline
Your role is client acquisition. Our technical team handles service delivery.
How This Engagement Works
- This is a contract-based business development role for a duration of 90 days
- Commission-only (no fixed salary or retainer)
- 3 to 4 focused hours/day, fully flexible
- Performance is measured by pipeline and outcomes
This role is designed to run alongside a full-time job, freelance work, or academics.
Compensation
- 4% revenue share on every closed deal
- Deal size: ₹5,00,000 - ₹25,00,000
- Earnings per deal: ₹20,000 - ₹1,00,000+
- No cap on commissions
- Payout on client payment receipt
- Typical sales cycle: 4 to 8 weeks

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has experience (or strong interest) in B2B sales, consulting, or business development
- Can independently research, approach, and engage decision-makers
- Capable of self-managing 3-4 focused hours/day without oversight
- Comfortable operating in a performance-driven model
- Has (or is building) networks in manufacturing, exports, real estate, or MSMEs
- Bonus: If you’re already selling to these industries, this becomes a high-value add-on to your existing conversations.
