Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. The primary responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The associate will also proactively drive outreach activities and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport
- Experience in lead generation and conducting comprehensive market research
- Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for client relationship management
- High degree of self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the medical education industry is a plus
