We specialize in premium, high-value products (Precious & Sacred Stones). This isn't just a sales job; it’s about guiding clients through meaningful, high-ticket purchases.


Key Details:

πŸ“ Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

πŸ’° CTC: Up to β‚Ή3.6 LPA + incentives

πŸ’Ό Experience: 0.6–3 years in Sales, Tele-sales or Retail Sales.

⏰ Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (6 days a week, Sunday Off)

What you’ll do:

βœ… Handle inbound sales queries over the phone.

βœ… Act as a consultant to help customers choose suitable gemstones/sacred wearables.

βœ… Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity with transparency.

βœ… Build trust and manage prospects through our CRM.

βœ… Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.


We are looking for:

Articulate, trustworthy, and persuasive individuals.

Prior experience in phone-based selling or high-end retail.

An interest in gemstones, wellness, or sacred items is a big plus!

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Kolkata. The Business Development Associate will engage with potential clients, build and manage client relationships, support the design and execution of sales strategies, and contribute to the growth of the company's market presence. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will also ensure excellent customer service and facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Networking
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills
  • Market Research and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Strategic Thinking
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of gemstones, spiritual jewelry, or astrological products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
