Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate at our Gurugram location. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to spot business opportunities, delivering presentations to clients, and effectively communicating solutions to meet their needs. The candidate will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and prospects
- Strong Presentation Skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a business development or client-facing role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
