About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and supporting sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, website, and referrals.
- Guide customers in selecting the right jewellery products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Sales & Business Development
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Support customers throughout their buying journey.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Track orders and delivery schedules.
- Communicate customer requirements effectively.
Website & Catalogue Management
- Update product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
- Coordinate product images and catalogue updates.
- Ensure the online catalogue is accurate and up to date.
Administrative Support
- Maintain customer records and lead trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
