Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales. Key tasks include nurturing relationships, delivering excellent customer service, managing customer accounts, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Account Management skills to effectively manage and nurture client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
