Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and pitching Crio.Do’s solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations, collaborating with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining strong communication with prospects to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
- Strong Presentation and Presentations skills to effectively communicate Crio.Do's value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in sales or business development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
