Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Business Development Associate. The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, building business relationships, and delivering presentations to potential clients. The role focuses on exploring new opportunities, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The associate will be a key player in expanding Crio’s reach and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and the ability to deliver engaging and effective Presentations.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and nurturing potential opportunities.
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with the edtech or technology domain is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
