Key Responsibilities
Engage with leads (working professionals & graduates) and counsel them on suitable upskilling programs.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead engagement to enrollment.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain high CRM hygiene.
Drive sales initiatives by developing strong product understanding and market insights.
Share customer and market feedback to help refine sales strategy and product offerings.
Requirements
Freshers OR 1–3 years of Inside Sales/Tele-Sales experience (EdTech preferred).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent English communication & strong customer orientation.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn about the tech education landscape.
High ownership, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
