Role Description
The Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding Crio’s reach. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. Responsibilities include communicating with prospective clients, fostering partnerships, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client acquisition and relationship building
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or related roles
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Basic understanding of the technology and online education sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
