Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, establishing and fostering client relationships, managing accounts, and driving new business initiatives. Daily tasks will include researching market trends, creating strategic partnerships, preparing sales presentations, and meeting with potential clients to promote our e-learning solutions. The role requires proactive networking, effective communication, and a focus on achieving sales targets to support the organization’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of Business strategy and ability to identify new market opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the e-learning or education technology sector is a plus
