We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Business Development Associate to help expand Coffee Pass by onboarding partner cafés. The role involves identifying potential cafés, pitching the Coffee Pass partnership, and building strong relationships with café owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential cafés that align with Coffee Pass standards.
• Visit cafés and connect with owners/managers to introduce Coffee Pass.
• Pitch the partnership model and explain the benefits of joining Coffee Pass.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with cafés.
• Manage the onboarding process for new partner cafés.
• Maintain relationships with partner cafés and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Track outreach, meetings, and partnership progress.
• Provide feedback and insights from cafés to help improve the platform.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and visiting cafés.
• Sales, partnerships, or business development experience preferred.
• Interest in the café, food, or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
Salary range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 plus performance based monthly bonuses
