About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/professionals, explaining our training programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Explain course details and career opportunities to candidates
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales, counseling, and business development
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
