🔹 Role: Business Development Associate
🔹 Experience: Fresher to 6month
🔹 Location: Bangalore (Kudlu Gate)
🔹 Work Mode: Work from Office
🔹 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective students/professionals and explain our programs
• Generate leads and convert them into enrollments
• Understand candidate requirements and provide proper guidance
• Maintain follow-ups and relationship management
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
🎯 Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in Sales / Business Development
• Any one South Indian language preferred (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)
• Immediate joiners preferred
💰 Salary:
Freshers – ₹18K in hand + Attractive Incentives
