Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential learners through calls and digital platforms.
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly.
- Build strong relationships with learners through regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge through training and development sessions.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in Life Sciences or Engineering (mandatory).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam or Marathi is required.
- Interest in sales, counseling, or customer interaction roles.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
