Climentos is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Associate with mandatory EdTech experience to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys building client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business growth targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
