We are hiring for the position of Business Development Associate (EdTech)
Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office)
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives

Climentos is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate with prior experience in the EdTech industry to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and strategic engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct presentations and business discussions with prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives
• Manage and track the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Required Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
