Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Associate with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic outreach and communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
• Identify new business opportunities through market research
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve growth targets
• Track and manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
• Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
