Role: Sales / Business Development

What you'll do:
- Identify and engage potential clients through lead generation and outreach
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients
- Conduct basic market research to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service
Compensation:
- Commission-only (10%–30%) based on ideal size & performance
- No earning cap — higher closure = higher payouts
Who should apply:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Exposure to legal, consulting, or professional services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Law, or related field preferred
