₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Fixed salary + performance incentives)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Contact and follow up with student leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Explain the courses and programs offered by the institute.
- Guide students about admissions, course benefits, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into student enrollments.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission or sales targets.
- Update student information in the CRM or database system.
- Support marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic sales and marketing ability
- Confidence in talking to students and parents
- Ability to achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge
QUALIFICATION
- Any degree or diploma
