Business Development Associate (BDA)

Thrissur

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Fixed salary + performance incentives)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contact and follow up with student leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Explain the courses and programs offered by the institute.
• Guide students about admissions, course benefits, and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into student enrollments.
• Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission or sales targets.
• Update student information in the CRM or database system.
• Support marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Basic sales and marketing ability
• Confidence in talking to students and parents
• Ability to achieve targets
• Basic computer knowledge

QUALIFICATION

• Any degree or diploma
• Freshers can apply
