Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth by generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and promoting Career Reform's career counseling and development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Connect with students, parents, and educational institutions to understand their needs.
- Present Career Reform's services and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or EdTech.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
