Breather Mental Health is a team of highly trained Clinical Psychologists, Psychologists, and Psychiatrists from premier institutes such as NIMHANS and IIT Delhi. We provide psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and training, grounded in scientific rigor, ethical practice, and contextual sensitivity. We work with individuals across age groups through ongoing therapy, and offer assessments conducted by RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologists. In parallel, Breather partners with corporate and educational organizations to support wellbeing.
Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Associate based in Mumbai. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, preparing engaging presentations, and delivering them to prospective clients. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Engaging with organisations and key stakeholders
Building and nurturing long-term partnerships
Supporting growth and outreach initiatives
Working closely with the founder and core team
We’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in business development / partnerships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Ability to navigate professional environments with sensitivity and clarity
Interest in mental health is a strong plus
