ABOUT BRANDBASE
BrandBase is a full-service digital growth agency helping Indian small and mid-sized businesses build websites, booking systems, admin dashboards, SEO foundations, and performance marketing systems.

We build digital infrastructure that generates leads, drives direct bookings, and reduces businesses' dependence on third-party platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, OYO, MakeMyTrip etc.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring commission-based Sales Representatives across India to grow our client base.
Your job is to identify businesses that need a stronger digital presence, introduce BrandBase, present our solutions, and close deals. All training material, sales assets, client presentation decks, and pricing documents will be provided. You do not need a technical background.
This is a performance-driven, flexible role. You choose your own targets, your own hours, and your own approach. Your income is directly tied to what you close
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for people who:
- Can hold a confident conversation with a business owner
- Have local connections, community access, or industry networks
- Are self-driven and do not need to be chased for results
- Can follow a structured sales process and use the materials provided
- Are comfortable with WhatsApp outreach, in-person visits, or both
Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. What matters more is communication, consistency, and the ability to listen.
TARGET INDUSTRIES
You will be approaching businesses in sectors including:
- Clinics and healthcare practices
- Hotels, guest houses, and homestays
- Restaurants and cafes
- Salons, gyms, and fitness centres
- Schools, coaching institutes, and educational centres
- Retail businesses and local service providers
- D2C brands and e-commerce businesses
- And more — we are not limited to these industries alone
WHAT YOU WILL SELL
- Custom business websites
- Backend modules: appointment booking, food ordering, room booking engines, e-commerce setup, payment gateways, admin dashboards
- Website maintenance plans
- Social media graphics packages
- Digital marketing services
Full pricing, industry playbooks, objection handling scripts, WhatsApp outreach templates, and a client-facing presentation deck will be shared once you are onboarded.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
One-time project commission:
- 20% of the total project value
Recurring passive income:
- 10% of the monthly maintenance amount for every client you close, paid every month as long as the client continues on a maintenance plan
- This means a client you close today can earn you income for the rest of the year and beyond
Example:
- You close a clinic deal at ₹16,000 one-time
- Commission earned: ₹3,200 (20%)
- Client takes a ₹2000/month maintenance plan
- You earn ₹200/month every month going forward, passively totalling ₹2400 in the year.
Your earnings are driven by your willingness to approach, follow up, and close. 2 successful calls or visits in a day can already put you on the path to earning 5,000+ in commissions and recurring monthly commission for rest of the year as well.
YOUR ROLE AFTER CLOSING
Closing is not the end of your involvement.
After a deal is finalised:
- You remain the primary point of contact for the client throughout delivery.
- A dedicated BrandBase tech representative will be assigned to the project
- You and the tech lead will coordinate to ensure smooth delivery
- For any client calls, technical walkthroughs, or support conversations, the tech lead will join and facilitate
- This protects your relationship with the client and ensures BrandBase delivers what was promised
You are the face of the relationship. We handle the execution.

PERFORMANCE STANDARD
This role is structured as a trial-to-hire opportunity.
To qualify for continued engagement and eligibility for a full sales representative role with BrandBase:
- You must close a minimum of 2 clients per month
- Reps who meet this standard consistently will be considered for a formal employee role with additional benefits
- Reps who do not meet this standard in a given month will not be carried forward to the next
