As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Bleep Education's reach. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and sales skills to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
1. Identify and generate leads for training and internship programs.
2. Build relationships with potential clients, students, and educational institutions.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
4. Bleep Educationโs offerings effectively and convert prospects into customers.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies.
6. Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure a smooth sales process.
7. Maintain records of sales performance and report progress to management.
8. Travel as needed for business development activities (expenses reimbursed as per policy).

1. Presentation Skills and Communication.
2. Lead Generation and Market Research.
3. Experience in creating effective presentations.

1. Probation (4 months): โน13,500/month + up to โน10,000 incentives (performance-driven)
- 2. Post-Probation: CTC โน6,00,000/year (โน3,60,000 fixed + โน2,40,000 performance-based)
