Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will identify and qualify new leads, engage prospective candidates and employer partners, and support the growth of Bhugoal’s global placement and workforce solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing outreach campaigns, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, attending meetings and events to build relationships, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience for both talent and employers. The associate will contribute to revenue growth targets and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for engaging clients and candidates.
- Ability to conduct structured market research and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
- Effective presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations.
- Comfort with client-facing interactions, relationship building, and negotiation in a business development or sales environment.
- Basic understanding of global employment trends, recruitment, or international education/careers is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM or lead management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
