We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable learning solutions offered by Bhanzu. As a BDA, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into enrollments through effective communication, relationship-building, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents/students via calls, video calls, or chats.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Bhanzu programs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and value proposition clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and sales best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Must have your own laptop for office work purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.
