Business Development Associate (Freelance, Remote)

We're looking for ambitious Business Development Associates to support and accelerate our pipeline generation work. This is a freelance, remote role designed for someone who thrives on strategic outreach, relationship-building, and seeing ideas turn into real commercial outcomes.
You don't need a traditional BD background. If you're smart, curious, and energised by business growth - we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Support outreach campaigns targeting senior decision-makers at global brands
- Research and qualify prospects across key verticals
- Collaborate on messaging, sequencing, and BD strategy
- Help manage and track pipeline activity
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve how we generate pipeline
Who you are
- A strong communicator - written and verbal
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with remote, async collaboration
- Interested in sales, marketing, strategy, or the agency world
