Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Business Development based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales efforts, and contributing to revenue targets. The role also involves market research, creating proposals, networking with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Skills in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Experience in Proposal Creation, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities
- Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of industries such as Taxation, Risk Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
