🚀 We’re Hiring | Business development Executive
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven candidate to support our business acquisition efforts through outbound calling and client engagement.

Outbound Lead Generation & Client Engagement (Tele-calling)
💡 About the Role:
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system
• Understand company services and pitch them effectively to clients
• Coordinate with the senior BD team for deal closures
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation
✅ Who Can Apply:
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling/lead generation
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
