Key Responsibilities:
* Drive B2C sales by converting qualified leads into customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
* Follow up with leads and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
* Experience in B2C sales/business development.
* Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
