Principal Responsibilities
- Understanding the products and services provided by the company
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email/call/ticketing tools
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by using positive language and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clearer and simpler manner to customers
- Excellent command over written and verbal English language
- Keep track of customer interactions
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer support
- Strong call-handling abilities with excellent active listening skills
- Experienced in working with CRM software and customer service practices
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Flexible and adaptable in responding to various customer situations
- Languages known: English and Hindi; proficiency in Tamil and Marathi is an added advantage
