The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for ambitious students and parents.
This role is not about “selling.”
It’s about understanding student aspirations, diagnosing their profile gaps, and helping them navigate the path to top global universities through logical and personalized guidance.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Outreach
Identify and engage with high-potential students and convert interest into meaningful conversations.
Profile Consultation
Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and study abroad aspirations.
Logical Pitching
Use data, admit trends, rankings, and logical reasoning to explain Ambitio’s AI-driven advantage over traditional consultancies.
Problem Solving
Help students overcome bottlenecks such as:
• Low GRE/GMAT scores
• Weak SOPs
• Gap years
• Profile gaps
End-to-End Ownership
Drive the complete journey from lead generation to enrollment through strong follow-ups and relationship management.
