Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales-related fields
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM

- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Comfortable communicating with new people via phone and email
- Confident, professional, and polite when engaging with US-based clients
- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Able to handle rejection and remain motivated
Sales Aptitude & Learning Ability
- Genuine interest in sales, IT services, and the Salesforce ecosystem
- Willingness to learn lead generation, cold calling, and B2B sales processes
- Ability to understand company offerings and clearly present them to prospects
- Enthusiastic about building new client relationships and growing accounts
- Goal-driven mindset with a desire to meet and exceed targets

- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools for tracking leads and follow-ups
