About This Role-
At Aeczone Academy, we are on a mission to bridge the skill gap in the AEC industry by providing practical, industry-led BIM education.
As a Business Development Associate / Academic Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring civil engineers & architects professionals looking to upgrade their careers. Your role will combine career guidance, consultative selling, and performance-driven execution.
This is not just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to directly impact careers while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle warm & cold calls and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to closure
- Counsel working professionals and students on career-oriented programs
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads
- Maintain CRM records and generate sales & marketing reports
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support marketing initiatives with sales insights
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets
- Work independently with ownership and accountability
What We Are Looking For-
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / B.Tech / B.E / or related field)
- 1 year experience in sales, counselling, or customer acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Experience in Ed-Tech is preferred
- Exposure to AEC / BIM industry is a plus
