We are looking for someone who can turn our expertise into a structured, consistent sales machine.
Who This Role Is For
You’re not just someone who “sends proposals.”
You:
• Have 2+ years in a marketing agency (BD/Sales role)
• Have closed influencer / digital marketing retainers
• Understand how agency pricing works
• Can generate leads independently
• Are comfortable doing outbound + relationship building
• Think in revenue numbers, not just meetings booked
If you need warm leads given to you, this role isn’t for you.
Your Mission
• Build a strong outbound sales pipeline
• Bring new brands into Adept
• Pitch influencer & UGC retainers
• Close deals and grow monthly revenue
• Help us move from referral-based growth to predictable revenue growth
