About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, consulting, and client handling.
As a BDA, you will engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and help connect them with Accinzia’s services, while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming leads and potential clients
- Understand client business requirements and growth goals
- Present Accinzia’s services clearly and professionally
- Assist in deal closures and support revenue targets
- Coordinate with backend teams for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
