About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about communication, learner engagement, and sales, with the ability to guide prospective learners through their career transition journey.
This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a career in business development and EdTech sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable AcceleratorX programs
- Explain program structure, mentorship, curriculum, and career outcomes
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales tracking systems
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for learners
- Build positive relationships with learners and provide a great counselling experience
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement processes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
