Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of experience in IT services or technology sales. The candidate will focus on lead generation, client outreach, and building new business opportunities in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and market research
• Identify potential clients in IT services, SaaS, and digital transformation sectors
• Schedule discovery calls and present company services to prospects
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver client solutions
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage client relationships
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
• Experience in IT services, software development, or staffing industry is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
