Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The Business Development Associate will focus on market research, client outreach, preparing proposals, and contributing to strategic plans to expand the organization's clientele.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Market Research, and Competitive Analysis
- Strong Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Experience with Sales Strategies, Marketing, and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT service industry is a plus
