Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Associate, focused on supporting growth in the ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) and UK markets. The associate will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, managing sales funnels, engaging with potential clients to build strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive market expansion. The role involves developing and executing strategic business plans, conducting market research, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients in global markets.
- Business development, sales, or marketing experience, particularly in the education sector or international markets (ANZ & UK markets is a plus).
- Proficiency in research, data analysis, and market exploration to identify prospective opportunities and trends.
- Capability to manage CRM tools, track sales performance, and create actionable strategies based on insights.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Preferred qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
