Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Associate, focused on the ANZ (Australia, New Zealand) and UK markets. The role primarily involves identifying and nurturing potential leads, managing prospect pipelines, and contributing to the growth of Bhanzu’s global presence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to expand the customer base, building sustainable business relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales goals and offerings with market demands.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and sales strategies
- Skills in market research, client relationship management, and customer acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and understanding of international markets (ANZ & UK preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet targets consistently
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in the EdTech sector or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
